Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 24, 2026
Free trials
Paid plans may start with a free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. We email you a reminder a few days before, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost. Free trials are for new subscribers; switching plans doesn't start a new trial.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time from the tool's pricing page: Manage billing / cancel subscription.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. You keep your data.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period.
Switching plans
When you move to a different paid plan, the new plan starts right away and the unused time on your old plan is credited to your account balance, which is applied to your next invoices.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial months and unused features or limits.
- We will refund charges made in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled on time — and wherever a refund is required by law.
- If something went wrong with the Service, contact us; we review requests case by case.
- Third-party costs such as Google Ads spend, Meta WhatsApp fees or SMS carrier fees are billed by those providers, not by us, and are covered by their own policies.
How to ask
